Children

The school has high standards of behaviour that we expect our children to adhere to.

We are proud of our children and their achievements; our staff offer unrivalled support to help our children reach their potential. 

From September 2021, our Celebration Assembly will be held every Friday from 2.30pm until 3pm in the hall. Parents and grandparents are invited to join us to share our achievements for the week in and out of school. Headteacher Awards and Shining Star Awards are also given out.

We have two classes at New York Primary School and the teacher of each class is supported by one or more teaching assistants.
